The Bhutan Power Corporation Ltd. welcomed the New Board of Directors on 28th July, 2014. An Extraordinary General Meeting cum Board Meeting was convened to make a presentation to the new Board of Directors on the present status of the company. The Meeting was chaired by the Hon’ble Chairman, DHI, Dasho Sangay Khandu.
In the evening, a farewell and a welcome dinner was arranged for the outgoing and the new Board of Directors.
Managing Director, BPC, expressed his heartiest gratitude on behalf of BPC to the outgoing Board members who have been a dynamic mentor guiding BPC for the past few years and also expressed his excitement to work with the new Board Members who come from different background of caliber and expertise.
