ITD’s latest initiative, Ticketing System was launched on July 1st, 2016 coinciding with the 14th BPC Day by Venerable Lam Neten at Garpang, Bumthang and on 13th, July IT Service Center was inaugurated by our Hon’ble Managing Director. Two full- fledged technicians have been deputed at the center to cater basic IT solution and care according to the needs and complaints of our clients. It will fully utilize the new Support Ticket System to effectively monitor and manage all tickets of our clients with the goal to enhance and improve Company’s IT services.
